A. Type of Personal Data

Personal data means any information which relates to you, including your family member details which was collected or provided to the Company for the purposes stated in Paragraph (2) below. Personal data may include your name, address, identity certification (IC) number, telephone number, email address, image/photo information (profile picture) and any other information concerning gender, age, race, nationality, date of birth, relationship, occupation and types of goods/service requested (collectively, “Personal Data”)

B. Source of Personal Data

Generally, the personal data that we collect comes directly from you. For instance, when you contact or register with us (whether online or otherwise) or enter into any other transactions with us.

C. Obligatory Personal Data

All personal data requested from you is obligatory to be provided by you unless stated otherwise. Should you fail to provide the obligatory personal data, we may be unable to process and administer the member registration in our system and may be unable to provide you with the notices relating to our services and products.

2. Purposes of Collecting and Processing Personal Data

The personal data you provide will be collected, held on computer and/or in manual files, used, disclosed and otherwise processed by the Company for the following purposes:

A. To facilitate the delivery of services or products and the marketing and promotion of such services or products whether present or future, to you by e-mail, telecommunication means (telephone calls or text messages) or social media;

B. Those purposes specifically provided for in any particular service or product offered by us;

C. Conducting marketing and client profiling activities in connection with any services and related products of the Company,

D. Our internal record keeping, maintenance and updating of any information database(s), customer service related matters and other administrative purposes, including audits, fraud monitoring and prevention;

E. To communicate with you, including responding to your enquiries; meeting or complying with any legal, regulatory or statutory requirements relating to our provision of services and products and to make disclosure under the requirements of any applicable law, legislation, rule, ruling, regulation, direction, court order, by-law, guideline, circular, code (collectively “laws”) applicable to us;

F. Research, benchmarking and statistical analysis; and/or

G. Other reasons that are required or permitted under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 or other applicable laws.

Image Information (Photo)
Our website and application may collect and/or display user images/photos for various purposes, such as profile picture and identity verification for safety and security reason. Please be aware that any images submitted/collected to/by our platform may be stored on our servers for future use. However, we do not share these images with third parties, they are only used for internal purposes, such as improving our services and user experience.

3. Disclosure/Transfer of Personal Data

Personal Data provided to us by you will be kept confidential. However, in certain circumstances, it would be necessary for us to provide or disclose your Personal Data for the purposes stated above to the following categories of persons (whether within or outside Malaysia) and where we do so, we would merely disclose data that is necessary for the purpose of such disclosure:

A. Entities within our group of Company;

B. Anybody or person to whom the Company is compelled or required to do so under any laws or in response to any competent or government, state, provincial, local government, statutory or municipal authority, industry regulators, agency or body;

C. Law enforcement authorities;

D. Such as sub-contractors or third-party service or product providers (an example the auditors, lawyers, company secretaries, service providers, events and training organisers, telecommunications companies, cloud computing or data backup service providers and other advisers).

4. Data Security & Safeguards

We shall keep and process your data in a secure manner. We endeavour, where practicable, to implement the appropriate administrative and security safeguards and procedures in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations to prevent the unauthorized or unlawful processing of your Personal Data and the accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, your Personal Data. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. we have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

6. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

7. Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

A. You have the right to access and correct your personal data held by us. We will make every endeavour to ensure your Personal Data is accurate and up to date.
